At Jobs Sarathi, we are committed to providing excellent job placement services, ensuring our Batch students have the best opportunity to secure employment with a starting package of 3 LPA. Our Refund and Cancellations Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, setting clear expectations for students.

1. Job Placement Guarantee

We offer a 100% Guaranteed Job Placement for our students, subject to the student’s eligibility, skills, and performance. While we strive to place each student, the ultimate job offer depends on factors such as market conditions, employer requirements, and individual skills. We aim to place students within the agreed-upon time frame, but we cannot guarantee a specific job or employer.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that situations can change, and we aim to provide fair solutions. The refund conditions are as follows:

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if the student has not been placed in a job within the agreed time frame (usually 9 months from program enrollment) and has actively participated in the job placement process. Refund eligibility is based on the student meeting all program requirements.

  • Partial Refund: If the student decides to withdraw from the program within 7 days after enrollment, a partial refund will be granted. The refund will be calculated based on the time the student participated in the program and the services rendered. The amount deducted will include any administrative or training costs incurred.

  • No Refund: Once the student has been successfully placed in a job or after the specified job placement period has passed, no refund will be issued. Additionally, if the student fails to meet the eligibility criteria, such as completing all required training or attending interviews, no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment or job placement services, they must notify Jobs Sarathi in writing, either by email or through an official request form, within the time frame provided.

  • Cancellation Before Enrollment: If a student cancels their enrollment before training begins, they may be eligible for a refund, based on the terms mentioned above for a refund to apply.

  • Cancellation After Placement: If the student has already been placed in a job, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, the student must submit a written request to Jobs Sarathi at Contact Information shared below. The request must include the following details:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Enrollment details (program name, date of enrollment)
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for the job placement program must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Late Payments: Any payments made after the due date may incur a late fee of upto 10% of the outstanding balance.
  • Unpaid Amounts: If a payment remains unpaid for 30 days, Jobs Sarathi reserves the right to terminate the student’s participation in the program.

6. Modifications to the Policy

Jobs Sarathi reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellations Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the student, and the new terms will apply to future enrollments.
